I stopped getting these (received about 60 total) after I told the T-Mobile customer rep to cancel my texting service. I might turn it back on in a few days. I never had unlimited texting as I only send or receive a few per month. But this spam crap is ridiculous.....If it's an emergency - they can leave a voice mail.....
I agree. Got the same scammer--it's definitely NOT JPMChase...just save # and block it.
my cell also NYC, very annoying,i got 28 messages from the number,only call t-mobile custom care.block all message, NOW. It cost me six dollar.
I sent an email to the address they give and told then I woud make a police report for harassment. I've gotten 25 in the last hour and I'm in the NY area also.
I got 24 messages from the same number in the last hour or so. I thought it was fishy as well. I tried to call the number back. It' was always busy. After reading yours and others comments I'M GLAD I d not get to "speak" to any so called representative.
This is ridiculous! I have received over 35 texts from jpm-esf@jpm.com (which is an email address) since 4pm today (Nov 26, 2010) and I'm calling tmobile now... then I'm going the FCC, because once or twice is annoying but expected... over 30 freaking times is harassment and I'm not standing for it. Who's gonna pay the bill? Me? In tmobile's dreams!BTW, I'm also in nyc!
What did the FCC say? I'm calling them now. I started getting them around 4pm today also. This is ridiculous. Is this happening to tmobile customers only?
