This place calls me every single day. Seriously it's driving me crazy.

7 calls from this number in the past 4 days. What is the purpose of the DNC list if it can't be enforced? I know that we have no privacy left but the harassment calls as well??? If only the tables could be turned to inundate this and every other company with a steady barrage of unwanted calls. Oh well, another number added to the blocked call list.

Same deal, bought a car recently, and get daily calls but mo msg. Must be ten calls in two weeks already. They just don't give up.

Just called me at 7:30pm. I didn't answer.

I got a call from the number asking if I was satisfied with service from a body shop related to a USAA claim. It seemed legit to me.

I have three missed calls in the past 3 days. They did not leave a message. I called back today. It is a research center who wants to conduct a survey.

Haha wrong. I worked for this company for 2 years. Just a research firm hired by other companies (USAA, AAA, Premier Audio, etc) to conduct customer satisfaction surveys. The only information they ask for is a name or initials which is just a formality to confirm the employee actually spoke to you and isn't lying. Some larger serveys like those for farmers concerning crop protection products etc ask for address to send a check for like 10-30 dollars to thank the respondent for thier time since those serveys typically take 10-20 min. And if you are really afraid of giving out the info you can say no and not get the check. There is no scam here its just a small business in Utah.
