I also recently had some body work. Must be related to illegal access to recent claim insurance records. That must be the connection.
this number has called me every few days since June 28th, today's date is July 8th, there is no message left by the caller.
I received a call from this number but they left no message. It apprears that it is from the Utah area, but I know no one from that area of the US.
Calls every 2-3 days. First call started with "survey". I hung up. Have not answered since but they are persistent.

I called Frontiers official phone number 1-800-921-8105, the agent I spoke to gave me this scammer number, they pretend to be frontier and offer a rebate and ask you to provide your bank account info to “send” the rebate. I hung up
