Same thing... Call at 8:08 PM mountain time... no voicemail. I returned a rental car today... is that what it is?
If you email them, then you have given them your email, another piece of personal information. Replying to these numbers just fans the fire. Either they will use it to scam you further, or they will sell it to 1000 other companies who would like to get something from you. It also makes your phone number more valuable, if it is linked to your email. Obviously all these consumer protections (like the DNC list) do not work. I wouldn't trust that the time put into complaining to the BBB is worth it either -- but at least they probably won't sell your personal information.
And why, pray tell, would someone hang up before the phone stopped ringing? Did you call to talk to someone, or just to make the phone ring so I would have to get up and see who it is. I am 70 and have arthritis (and go to bed before 9 pm). Needless to say, your calls are quite disturbing. (And I have been on the DNC for years, so that isn't the answer.) I suppose you have to have a job, but your company is just plain rude.
Received call on my mobile at 8:30pm Central tonight. Caller id said Logan, Utah. I don't know anyone there so I didn't answer. No message was left.
