11:45 am call on Sunday. It was a call wanting to do a survey. I called back and they said they wanted to do a survey, but now it had expired. Laughs. I guess all have to make a living at our expense somewhat.
In Montreal, got a call from them Sunday around 5:30, "you won a free trip, you just need to fill out this survey". I got a smart phone back in February 2013 and I have been getting these calls ever since. I am sure we all have some app on our phones that these guys are using to get our numbers!
I have Telus and Sunday morning call was irritating,but did not answer as I did not recognize number.
No have not signed up for anything! Never give out cell numbers except to people I personally know. Rec'd call on both Fido numbers within 30 min of each other. Suspect it has something to do with Rogers/Fido.But of course no longer answer numbers I do not recognize. Very sad and pathetic.
Two calls this morning to my Telus cell in the GTA. No message. Montreal area code. I returned call; they said I had been selected for a survey, but the time had expired. This number is now on my reject list. ..../L
