From Ohio, Just received call from this number - Disgrace that a non charitable 527 political organization attempts to mislead you that this is a charity call. Should be a law - Oh wait there is - Not just one that politicians which to stop because this origination puts money in there campaigns or maybe this scammer is keeping it all. But wait you get a letter thanking you - probably states on letter that it is not a charity.
received a call around 9:45 am. The gentleman said he was with some fireman's fund or foundation and went into his script about the importance of firefighters and asked how much the firefighters could count on for my support. I support police and fire so I asked what area this was in, and he stumbled and said it was national. I then asked how he got my number and he stumbled again then said "ok, bye" and hung up.
