AFAIK it's now against federal law for a company to knowlingly "spoof" their outgoing Caller ID data in a deliberate attempt to hide their identities for commercial gain. Personal phone(s)? I don't have a clue...
Just got the call, didnt answer as I expected to be a scam... I used to get in this phone (Tracfone/SafeLink) a spam call about a woman speaking in Spanish, saying You were choose as the winner of some s.... in short, spam.
