Called my cell phone to tell me I had been approved for the auto loan I applied for. I explained that I had not applied for an auto loan. The caller then confirmed the number he dialed- used my first name and stated that all I had to do was listen and determine if I wanted to accept or decline the loan. I simply responded that I wasn't buying an automobile and therefore did not need a loan. I asked to be put on a do not call list or have my name removed.

just got a call from 888-431-7820. Told me I was breach of contract. Very hard to understand the lady. I dont have a contract with anyone that I know of. When I look to see the number call it tells me Claim Services.
