I had the same issues with them saying my bill is past due when it’s not due till the 22nd! I looked online and I had two late payment fees that I had to call and have them take off. Idk what’s going on with Kohl’s right now.
received call from this 469-730-9692 . I never pick up calls If do not know the number. Goggled the # . Seems as if scam to me my kohls charge card is up to date.. Blocked that #
Called several times but, the number is automatically blocked by the security set up on my phone. However, they can leave a message and they never do. From the posts on this website it appears that it's a khols scam call. LOL! I shop at khols but, I never use a khols card because I don't have one. So, these calls are definitely from scammers.
Thanks for all the posts. I have a Kohl’s card but it’s not past due. Left no message. Call is out of Texas. Top Google search led to this page.

The person called to verify employment of someone, but I didn't recognize the person's name. The caller had an accent, and I couldn't understand them. I didn't call back to let them know they had reached a wrong number.

Unsolicited call. Wanted me to complete my "voter profile." I've voted from this address for over 20 years.
It happened to me they got into my computer and got all bank info they took over $4000. from me left me with nothing. Don't trust anyone this was a setup.
