I am currently in a Battle with TFS right now. Over the past 2 years they have screwed up my payments on 5 occasions saying that I'm late. I had to get copies of the checks and fax it to them. All payments were made in a timely manner and I showed proof that the checks were cashed with the time and date code on the back but no one has put the money towards my account. Now that I read all these complaints, I'm thinking about getting an attorney and possibly filing a class action suit.

Stop calling me

They keep calling I don't know for what reason. How can I reject them. I don't have any un paid balance. I didn't respond because no message left.

They call asking for co-worker. Business line and they call everyday even weekends

This number has called my work number several times - i work from home, but company pays my phone line. I called back, it is toyota financial - i dont nor ever will have a toyota loan so this is not related to "my debt" - no matter how many times i tell them i am a "company line" they still call. Getting very rude!

Repeated calls/no message. All indicating this is another scam. Wish authorities had ability to handle telephone scams

These people call probably 100 times a day!! I've told them & told them I don't have a Toyota.. I don't even drive..
