Very rude medical billing collections. When explained that I had AHCCCS therefore shouldn't have a patient responsibility portion I was told "well too bad but you do & we'll keep pursuing until it's paid"! When I hung up on her finally, she called me right back continuing to threaten me!

I called Frontiers official phone number 1-800-921-8105, the agent I spoke to gave me this scammer number, they pretend to be frontier and offer a rebate and ask you to provide your bank account info to “send” the rebate. I hung up
