This is another call from nobody I know; I am sure it is another spam. Want it blocked.

I'm in Buffalo, NY area, just got call to my landline from this number. ID says Skype. Didn't answer, no message left. I AM on no-call list, but apparently that means nothing when elections are coming up....

I picked up the phone and was asked by a computer voice to participate in a survey. In exchange for participating in the survery, I was told I would receive a free cruise to the Bahamas. Thinking that one of the major marketing firms was gathering information, I stayed on the line and answered 3 computerized questions. Shocked that only 3 questions were asked, I then strongly suspected a scam. When a live voice came on the line, he told me that I had won a free 2 night cruise to the Bahamas which I could take at any time in the next year except the Christmas holidays. He said the cruise would depart from Miami. He asked for a credit card number because I'd have to pay an international tax. I don't remember the exact amount of the tax. I believe it was $70 or $80 per person (up to 4 persons were eligible to go with me on the cruise). I told him I was not going to give him my credit card number but he could mail me information on his company for my review and consideration. He said I must make a decision right then. Then I KNEW for sure it was a scam. I asked for his website address. He gave me www.2012getaway.com. His supervisor then came on the phone and tried to coax me to give him my credit card #. He said he would stay on the line while I looked at their website. I told him "No thanks" and hung up the phone.

I answered in 3 rings, no one on the other end. I hate robo-calls

Got a call from this # on Feb. 10th. Didn't recognize the # or even the area code so didn't answer. No message was left.

Ya, same problem here. I'm trying to find a job in PA, so I just frantically left work too to answer this stupid call.

Keep getting calls on cell phone from this number. I do not answer and they do not leave a message

Got a call from this number on my work cell. Rushed to answer the call but the caller hung up as soon as I said hello. I believe someone is just fishing for valid numbers to use later.
