I called the 866-277-7477 Ex 1 and got results!Be patient and hold a long time but a real personis taking your information and I was told they wouldsend the calling (502-213-2798) number a message tostop calling my number (after taking my information;my phone # how long I've had this #, my name)
Vine isn't just for people who have committed a crime. Vine is to receive phone calls on someone who is in prison/jail to inform you of any changes in venue. Thank you.
This is crap. I just called and they told me to call another number - wait on the phone and then as for a supervisor! TAKE MY DAMN NUMBER OFF.
I am receiving a message regarding the release of Joshua Aldrich from Harris County custody. I never regestered for this service. I have no PIN to discontinue receiving the calls. I've received 8 calls to date.
The calls started at 5AM and called back every 20 minutes - the number says unavailable. It was supposed to be victim notification but how annoying - it's not even me they are trying to reach. I called the number noted below and it is VINE who turned around and transferred me to State and County Victims office to get my number removed from the service, they wouldn't do it directly themselves. Let's hope it works - here's the number they transferred me to 732-745-3394.
need to stop calls? you will be shifted around to 5 or 6 jokers who will gladly transfer you to another operator. then after 1 hour of holding and puttng up with b.s., they will tell you that you are off the system. hopefully you are. they are supposed to notify you in case someone makes bail or is released or moved but why the calls in the middle of the night and dead silence? there is no rhyme or reason to this madness. best way to track all of an inmates whereabouts are to go to the jails website or sheriff website or just keep calling the jail if they do not provide a website. most prisons have this service. i do wish you all luck and don't get mouthy or nasty on the phone with them when cancelling (or trying to cancel) your number. my friend did and it backfired and he gets 3 calls per hour every early morning between the hours of 2 and 5. guess they will show him...................
