I receive harrassing calls from this number (502-213-2798) every hour or two. It's a recorded message that asks repeatedly for a pin number i've never had and refers to a name i've NEVER heard of. The phone company does nothing but take more of our time. I have things to do that are actually important, require legimimate effort and accomplish worthwhile things. HOW CAN I STOP THESE CALLS? I do not know of a single person who is incarcerated which is what most ofthe websites imply may be related to these calls.

If you get these calls your best bet is to get the name of the person and state for which they are calling for. Often times the numbers registered against offenders are setup to be forwarded. So calling 877-277-7477 and saying stop calling my number is not always enough. They need to know the name and state to find the "offending"/forwarding number and get rid of it.

The annoying and harrassing calls do not identify who they are affiliated with. Just wish my constitutional rights were still protected, let alone acknowledged.

This is Vinelink, a court case notification system. It was calling my number up to 9x a day, even after acknowledging receiving the call. They call to tell you about pending court cases and dates, etc. 866-277-7477 ext 1 is the MAIN number. They will give you the local number in your area to get rid of the calls. For Delaware it's 866-751-5327. It's a great idea, but it's glitchy and is more of a harassment to me. One call would have been fine.
