Got a call today. Caller ID said Humana. I have my prescriptions with them and had been considering another plan. She knew I had a PDP with them and she went through all my medications and compared them to a couple of other plans. She had all my information without me giving her any. She was very helpful. It appeared to be a "real" Humana call.

Phone rang, I answered and softly said; "Hello?" Nothing on line, so I put the receiver down and went to make coffee. Still no one on line when I got back so I hung up

Asked me to do the survey which I did. I certainly hope this was not a fraud call.Your phone # 800 457 4708 and 866 291 9714 All say "This number is no longer in existing." I called the Louisville, Ky office to report. Hopefully all will be looked into.Thank you.

I have never contacted humana. I did not ans. because of robo calls. this has got to stop.

I am on the National do not call registry for cell phones and have been since February.

This is Humana Medicare quality assurance and survey. I was on the phone with Humana while they were calling to ask about my experience. I got an automated service that took about 3 minutes to give my answers. I authorized the survey at the start of my call when I called them.

CallerID = Humana Inc. Never leave message and I will not answer cause I don't recognize the number, and want no involvement with Humana. After reading reports here, I will definitely not answer. Because I have been flooded with calls from Informed Electorate, BR Interviewing from many numbers in the past couple of months (scam) which I have stopped answering, and have never gotten a call from Humana before, I cannot help but think that they are all the same call center.

Continuous phone calls, never identifies themselves.
