We unfortunately have Inhumana thru a small business, costs BIG $$ and high deductible. When u call them they ask if you'll take a quick customer survey after call and ask what number to call u back at. I received two calls while I was on phone with customer rep. I pushed yes cause I swear you get to a person quicker when u agree to take it lol. Yes they as a whole are a PIA!!

This is Humana it's an automated survey call

It's from Humana. I agreed to do a survey based on the customer service I'd received during a call with them. They asked for my # so they could call me back. I was out a few minutes later and didn't have my phone with me. (I'm not attached to it like most ppl are to their phones.) I checked the number and it was them.

My folks do not have Humana Insurance, never did

This is likely a voluntary survey by Humana for those who agreed to one. I didn't answer because I was expecting a call from an 800 number. I agreed to do a survey because I believe in giving companies feedback on their customer svc, etc. Anyway I got 3 calls in a short time and thought it was a telemarketer or credit agency.

HUMANA - Medicare Solicitation - Reported that the are calling a business number, told me could take 30 days to get off their list, insisted I give company name and physical address then started still soliciting me about if I personally was eligible for Medicare - I explained "AGAIN" that this was business and hung up.

Answered this call because I just got off the phone with Humana and had agreed to answer a survey. No one replied when I answered. Got another call 5 minutes later and did not call. Will just block the number.
