Yeah got the call too, I didn't answer it because I have a weird paranoia over answering numbers I don't know, blah blah blah... I just google then afterwords and figure if it was a real person they would leave a message. Which is a good idea for anyone who doesn't know who is calling is to just let your voice mail pick it up. So yeah I smell a scam... joy.
Got this call 30 minutes ago on my work cell-didn't answer, no message left,and didn't call back. Also got a call today from Dallas, TX 972-591-5250 same thing didn't answer, no message left. Checked that # on this site and found it was almost identical to the 503-302-7137. Suggestion to everyone out here. Don't call the # back, don't waste your time filing a complaint with the FCC that you are on the DNC list. Instead every time you get these annoying calls contact your Senators and Congressman on their office phones and demand that they pass tough legislation with sever penalties to put a stop to this. Make ALL calls made to a DNC registered number subject to this, including charities, political surveys, telemarketers. If enough people do this it will tie up their lines to the point that they will have no choice but to address this. I know this will be tough for them to do since their politcical survey calls are one of the biggest offenders that are doing this. Had to take my home phone off the hook every evening after 5:00 pm CST and alsmost the entire weekend for the last 2 weeks because of 15-20 calls every evening or day for political surveys(event though phone was off hook the caller ID info still came up on my TV). Calls stopped finally around 8:00 pm Saturday Oct 22nd when the voting polls closed.
Just received a call from this number. Didn't answer the phone, and they didn't leave a message.

Someone using this number called, when I answered there seemed to be there cut I said "hello" twice and no one said a thing. I hung up. If it was a collector they would not only answer but keep you on the line for as long as it took.

Yes. The caller claimed to represent Document Delivery Services and threatened to serve me with papers from a fifteen year old debt. A check with my local County Clerk’s Office revealed no evidence of lawsuit filed.
