i got a call , just answer some questions and win a cruise , hung up after the told me to stay on line , thought it was my brother playing a joke on me because im goint on a cruise in dec , was not my brother . What do these people get out of this , there are sick people out there . God don't sleep
Same here, I missed the call and then called back...no answer... and then sure enough a sound like the foreign police cars make.....what jerks!
I got it @ 1:04pm central oct 28 2011. Went to voicemail but left no message. I called back and got the foreign police siren noise.
I received a call from this number at 5:45 PM Pacific time. I called back and heard the eerie foreign police siren tone many others have mentioned. I called back again using *67 and waited for a few minutes, and still only heard the police siren tone.

Someone using this number called, when I answered there seemed to be there cut I said "hello" twice and no one said a thing. I hung up. If it was a collector they would not only answer but keep you on the line for as long as it took.
