this wasn't the first time...and i've been getting calls about auto insurance over and overI don't even own a car so it was really obvious that it's a scam but yeah...i wish there was a way to block them 4ever.
Just got a call from this number yesterday didn't answer because the number wasn't familiar. Never called back but looked online for the number since it was out of state (I'm from Ohio 330 area code) and got to this site. From the comments I'm glad I didn't answer.
You can fill a complaint with the "fcc" then I think once you're done it will direct you to the consumer department to enter the complaint again.
Somebody call me from this number and didn't say anything. Stay a long time waiting and I hang off. Strange
I got a call from these guys too. I listened to the recording long enough to get furious. The recorded message mentioned something urgent about extending my automobile warranty. But I live in Manhattan -- haven't had a car here for years. I pressed the number to get a "live" person and told him not to call my personal, unlisted cell phone number again... he just asked for more information to verify. Unbelieveable. These guys should be fined. Heavily. Obviously a total scam. They're also calling from this number: 800-219-7425.
yup -- just got a call as well -- didn't answer, but out of curiousity googled "508 area code" and found this site and that number specifically. i live in queens, nyc and, like most of you, don't even own a car.just fired off a complaint on the fcc site -- hopefully they'll do something about it, because getting scammed SUUUUUUUUUUUUUUUCKS!

Someone using this number called, when I answered there seemed to be there cut I said "hello" twice and no one said a thing. I hung up. If it was a collector they would not only answer but keep you on the line for as long as it took.

Yes. The caller claimed to represent Document Delivery Services and threatened to serve me with papers from a fifteen year old debt. A check with my local County Clerk’s Office revealed no evidence of lawsuit filed.
