CID = Energy Saver. This CID has called six times and nobody is on the line when I answer and never leaves a message when I don't. This is a SCAM or FRAUD caller, reported to FTC, but no action has been taken. Either way, it is a violation of the National Do Not Call registry and the Federal Telecommunications Act.
