Just Received a call also from this # Stating it was from HCL Prelegal Brenda Cook/ Steve Jennings office and to have my attorney or myself call immediately. I don't owe any money. It has got to be a scam.
My husband is getting this call and has reached out to family members as well. This is a scam and they are getting great information to steal and use on there calls alert!!!!
Received a call for my son from this number and he said he name is Steven Jennings from HCL Prelegal. Stated he tried to have papers served at address that needed signature and they were returned. He stated that my son or his attorney needed to call him back immediately. My son owes no debt so by looking at the comments left previously I believe this may be a scam.
Says he's Steven Jennings from a law firm in Texas and to have a return phone call from myself or my attorney.
Steven Jennings called saying he's from Hewitt & Associates and stated that either myself or my attorney needs to call immediately after not being able to have legal documents signed at my residence. He also called my work place and left a voicemail stating the same thing.

Called from same as above.... Tried to serve legal papers... Have attorney call immediately....Typical bill collector trying to put fear in people...They want you to call them back so they can try to threaten you out of a credit card or debit card number.....
Steven Jennings called my phone and stated that I had to call him after having to try coming to my residence. After looking at this number realized it was a spam caller.

This is a SCAM-Goes to voice mail and asks you to leave your SSN. The social security admin will never ask you to leave your SSN on a voice mail. Letter looks very official, but it's not.
