Caller ID said "Liberty Township, OH" and so I knew it was a junk call, so I answered the phone saying "what?" And she said very rudely is so and so there and I said no, what is this regarding? She said "I can't tell YOU anything, it's a personal business matter " ugh! No matter HOW many times I block these people they just call from a different number. Sooooo annoying, especially when I don't owe anything! They are complete bottom feeders. And they're not even calling from a real number. It's a VOIP! Get a life people!!!
If you tell them not to contact you by phone and that all further contact must be by mail they must comply. It's the law. Also tell them that if they contact you again you will report their illegal collection activities to all the appropriate agencies-including the police.*about 20 yrs ago I was deathly ill & consequently missed a couple of car payments. Ford called my neighbors and told them to come over and tell me to make my payments! I was livid, and humiliated. It was a very nice upper middle class neighborhood- but that shouldn't matter cos it shouldn't be done period. Ford Credit is nothing like that now - at least in my experience.Good luck!
Answered the phone several times today no one responded on the other end. They have called before 8am and after 9pm on several occasions. Don't know the number which is why I answered thinking it could be and put off State family member. Look it up and now I see it's a debt collector but I have no outstanding debts.
They keep calling day in and day out for my spouse. I am taking them to court shortly as at last count, over 1K calls in the past three years. Have fun with the lawsuit Portfolio. By the way, my credit is 824.

I called Frontiers official phone number 1-800-921-8105, the agent I spoke to gave me this scammer number, they pretend to be frontier and offer a rebate and ask you to provide your bank account info to “send” the rebate. I hung up
