I have reported these morons to the bbb on 5 occasions with no avail. Seriously, what pathetic piece of shyt would actually work at this shyt hole? So sick of getting constant phone calls from these losers. I feel sorry for any person who is so desperate for work they would work for this telemarketing shyt hole, get a real job and stop bothering people at work!!!! From what i heard, this is where high school drop outs who get fired from burger king go to work. Pathetic pieces of shyt.
Dave O'Neal from Total Quality, phone number (531) 831-2600, along with SEVERAL other Telemarketers from this number just don't seem to get the hint when we say "We have our own personal shippers and we do not need your services so please don't call again" or when we say "We do not need your services but your number is showing on the Caller ID and we will call you if we MIGHT need anything" We have repeated ourselves over and over again. So this is your LAST and FINAL WARNING to Mr. Dave O'Neal and the rest of your scam crew: DO NOT CALL US AGAIN!!!!!
It was your lack of communication and attention to detail that made us relevant. You may have your ducks in a row but the vast majority of your counterparts lack the integrity and communication to offer REAL customer service. So thank you for making us valued and wealthy : )
Just had a call from 513 831 2600, TQL. Total Quality logistics. wants to give shipping quotes. Told him don't ship truckloads mostly packages & LTL. Man said they do full truckload shipping. Man thanked for time. Was nice enough. hopefully that takes care of the calls for now. Normally they call and after it hits the hunt group to be directed out, they hang up.
Just got a call from them. First off, the guy sounded a bit stoned. That or he had no idea what he was saying. "Hi do you guys, you know, when you makes stuff does it, um, do you, you know, send it places?" After that he made it sound like it was some sort of survey, and when I told him my shipping department was far too busy for that he said, "Oh well I'm not, um, you know, I'm wondering if we might help. I have trucks that are, you know, like five miles away." I informed him we had our own trucks for local deliveries. You can imagine how the conversation continued.
