Exactly Judy...I am a trucker and I have dealt with Total Quality Logistics quite frequently. They are a Class Act. Nice folks to work with.
I keep getting a call from Tony on this number from Total Quality Logistics (probably around 10+). I move trailers for my company and already told him three times I was uninterested in using their company after a lot of research - too many lawsuits and serious complaints. I'd rather use a broker from a smaller company where I know everyone is going to be taken care of properly.
This is not the case. I told the guy who just called "we've ALREADY asked to be put on your DNC list" and he CALLED RIGHT BACK.That alone tells me they're not legit.
Some guy talking very fast asking me for some new business for something. He called my cell phone and left a voice mail. It sounds like a telemarketing scam.
Called today. I went through a briefing with then a while back about an internship. Persistent but not telemarketers. They are a third party logistics firm trying to sell the right to haul your freight for you.
Yes they are a brokerage firm I just completed a run for them. They sure call a lot.... My people took the load I was on site within an hour and they were hounding me all the way to my destination..... Ask questions.... But not really listening to the answers... I had to put their phone number on my block list so I didn't have to hear it ring.
A man just asked for the shipping / receiving department concerning freight carriers. He finally admitted wanting to become an approved vendor, but I was in the middle of the application instructions when he hung up without a word. This has been happening a lot recently. A man called yesterday who stated that putting his information in writing and mailing it was too much trouble (and that's not the first time I've heard it). Really?! Just how lazy have people become?!
After being asked to not be called again back in April of 2014...and getting a call in January of 2015, guess who is calling once again....Total Quality Logistics. We still do not ship out anything. Call is once again reported.

Claims to be from a roofing team. Somehow knows real name and city. I keep getting texts like this from different numbers, they stop responding when I ask how they have my number.
