I blocked the call and after having no one speak at the line and this number keeps popping up, they don't give up. Pain in the butt.

Plusieurs appels par semaine. Bureau d'étude énergétique, un programme du gouvernement provincial. Quand je lui demande le nom de la compagnie, il me dit que c'est une compagnie privée. Mais la compagnie privée a bien un nom?? Il me raccroche la ligne au nez.
Spam, called and he spoke in French only, asked to speak English and did not want to. Called back the number and it said no service at the number you dialed.
