Caller says this is your last chance to reduce your interest rate - press 1. How do you block these calls on your cell phone?

Called me 2 mins ago. No one said anything. I called number back and the line was busy. Probably a scam deal as the other posts have said. But seems like activity is peaking right now from that number. Must be desperate.

Great answer. After seeing your response, I chose not to answer the phone.

I pressed #1 and it disconnected, I do not have any credit cards.

'Just Googled the area code (and this number) when I had a hang-up on my cellphone ... It was a bad connection and I didn't hear the caller's message. Now I'm glad I didn't. Frick'in spammers!

Unwanted call. Did not pick it up.

I'm on a no call list. Got a call from above number. Recording about credit card. I don't know purpose as I hung up, googled the number, and put it in my reject list. I'm reporting it so others will know about it.

My number is on the DO NOT CALL LIST also so why do these unwanted calls get through! It is not fair to have to pay for calls that clearly you do not initiate!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!

I saw that I had a missed call from this# so I called it back. The call went to mailbox. All the message saod was "hello". The mailbox was full. Probably from purple cussing them out.

Complaint to DoNotCallRegistry Recording claiming they represent my credit card company, that there is nothing wrong but that they need to speak to me urgently about improving my interest rate. I hit 1 and the person said Card Services. I asked her what card since she represents mine. She said Mastercard and Visa and asked me for my balance. I said, why? Which of my cards do you represent, she hung up. I called back from the cell they called and it doesn't ring, it just disconnects. When I use a LAN line, it's voicemail with no name given.You need to hound the phone companies so these telemarketers stop disguising or have fake numbers come up on caller ID.
