probably google, they data-mine along with multiple other companies. whenever you go to a site that has a google search bar or google maps or anything from google it sends a cookie to google telling them that you were there. they can also probably find your phone number through a registration made by your ip on a site tracked by google. or maybe just through your internet connection

They called my number and stated how there was nothing with my credit card, but if I wanted to lower my rate to press one (1). They know nothing about me, yet they call. No option to refuse future calls

Missed a call from this number. Looks like a scam.

Found the following message on page 7."Talked to the phone company that owned this number after recieving calls from it and made them aware of the situation,they stated they sold the number to another company but claimed they could take take care of the situation. The company that used to own this number was LEHIGH VALLEY COOPERATIVE TELEPHONE ASSN., contact phone number 515-359-2211. Hopefully they do get it addressed with whatever company they sold the number to so the calls stop."

SCAM...these people continue to call me on my home and cell phone..."THIS IS RACHEL FROM CARDMEMBER SERVICES....THIS IS YOUR FINAL CALL.... i have asked them several times to remove my name from their list. this last time when they called, i asked the name of the business several times, but the guy would never say. then he finally said, "have a nice day" hung up. when i called the number back, i just got a fast busy signal
