They called my cell phone and shouldn't have this number.

Got a call for lowering my interest rate. I'm on the federal do not call list for cell phones, but they still called me. Very interesting.

THis company is a fraud -- someone should investigate. I had an indentity theft problem recently and think they are the culprits

I just received a call from 515-421-3101. It was a pre-recorded message which implied my credit card rates were going to increase if I didn't heed this final warning. I pushed "1" when prompted and an Asian lady came on whom I could barely understand. She asked if I pushed "1 to lower my interest rate" and I asked her which card they were calling about. She said "do you have more than $4,000 in credit card debt?" As soon as I told her I don't have any credit cards at all, she hung up on me without another word.

Just talked with them. Was nice and friendly to them and they just hung up on me when I asked if they would kindly remove my number. Dirt-bags like this give telemarketers a bad name.

Same story as above - I followed the link to make a complaint and hope each of you will do the same. Also they have called before so this time I entered their number into my phone contacts as "do not answer!" so that next time I won't. Since I am on a fixed rate plan - every call I get from spammers can add to my monthly minimum which means ultimately I incur a cost for those spammer calls.Good luck and thanks to those who took the time to file a complaint - THAT will make a difference.

It's a scam, plain and simple--and these people don't care about the do not call list, as they are criminals anyway!They pretend to be from "cardmember services" and say they can lower your interest rates. Notice how they don't mention a company? That's because they aren't actually with a credit card company, and have no idea what credit cards you have--they plan to phish that information from you. If you stay on with them, they will start to ask for your personal information and credit card information (which they would already have if they really were with your creditors). They may even offer you a rate reduction service--for a fee. Some will go so far as to initiate a 3 way call with your credit card company and ask for a lower rate for you--but if you are denied the lower rate (the credit card company has no reason to listen to these people) you will never get back the money you sent. And, as an added bonus, these thieves have enough information to steal and/or sell your identity.Never give your credit card information out to someone who calls you. If your credit card company calls you on official business, they will have the information already.
