Just received a call from this number as well.......didn't answer and they didn't leave a message.....glad I found this web site to find out who they are....guess "do not call" lists don't mean anything to them.
I received a call from this number. It said that it was Rachael from the Credit Card Agency. I do not have a credit card, so when it asked for me to push 1, I was going to, but it just hung up. I have received calls like this on my home phone, but now I have received one on my cell phone. I would suggest to not push 1, but sometimes it is fun to mess with the people.
They just tried to call me as well. I had same experience as everyone above. What a waste of everyone's time. I don't even have a credit card and I'm on the do not call list.
I did some more research on this number and it ties to a couple of names, but they have 1 thing in common. It is the county attorney's office for Cerro Gordo County in Mason City, IA, located at 220 N. Washington Ave, 50401. I don't know how it can tie out to this, but it does.
I just got a call too. I think they're just dialing numbers in order. Like a few pages back on here they said they had a 3** area code, and so is mine. They're just dialing them in order to scam people. I didn't pick up.
Just got a call on my cell and missed it. Ibalso found references to AG office but no information came up on reverse search.

This is a scamming number. Using scam known as “Zell Scam”.
The person with this phone number does not know who VA David Foulds is. VA David Foulds is what shows up on the caller ID. . Very odd that the person with the phone does not know about their phone.
