Called my boyfriend last night amd myself at 6:46 pm both times. I didn't answer. He did. Spanish guy. No voicemail.

After a missed call and you call them back, these scammers are able to run up minutes on your cell phone and charge you through an untraceable gadget. Comparable to ”900" number charges. NEVER call back a number you don't know. Friend of mine had a cell phone bill for $750 after doing so!!"

Having family emergency and they called and I was in bathroom, it's 10:30pm...so I tried to call back thinking could be family member . Stated subscriber does not accept calls . ....I don't need this right now!!!!

Spanish recording. On do not call list. Came From Iowa

Don't bother with the FCC. These callers are based outside the country and spoof US numbers to get you to pick up. The reason most of you get blank air is that a computer is calling a bunch of different numbers at once. They only have a certain number of people taking the calls so you often won't hear anyone on the other end because they got more than one live call at once. The callers switch over when they have a "live" call. Block and move on, definitely don't call them back and don't expect that they will follow the rules about when they can call.
