Got a call at 8:20 PM, but I didn't answer it. After reading these comments I'm glad I didn't. Will be blocking this number and telling everyone else to do the same.
If they just sit on the line they are validating phone numbers for either a scam later on or to sell your number to another scammer on the black market. Do not answer these!
Call was a recording in Spanish, I only listened to the first portion, but it translated as "You have been chosen to receive a lucrative prize." I obviously hung up after that. Caller was blocked.
Called at 9:37pm eastern time. I answered and it was a recording of a female voice speaking and Spanish saying that I had won a prize and to press one if I wanted to claim it and 2....at that point I hung up. I haven't entered any contests and as a general rule I don't believe in getting something for nothing.
Called my work number, too. It's not public as I work in a call center. I bet it was taken from a previous customer's email.

I didn't recognize the number so I obviously was checking to see who it was
The person called to verify employment of someone, but I didn't recognize the person's name. The caller had an accent, and I couldn't understand them. I didn't call back to let them know they had reached a wrong number.

Unsolicited call. Wanted me to complete my "voter profile." I've voted from this address for over 20 years.
It happened to me they got into my computer and got all bank info they took over $4000. from me left me with nothing. Don't trust anyone this was a setup.
