Micheal J Nolan is a lawyer in the Lansing, MI area which matches the area code of the call. He works independently but rents space from a small firm rapaport pollok farrell & waldron pc. Steve is one of the partners at this firm.My instinct though says that Mr. Nolans number is being cloned and used for spam telemarketing.
