Called back from another number and got a person that was trying to tell me that I had spent money before on a computer upgrade....which I have not. When asked for specifics...they hung up.
Same here. I didn't answer because caller ID alerted me as spam risk. Just keep an eye on your accounts.
I got a message saying the phone number 2 times and that was it. I didn't call back, I checked it out first. I won't be calling back and will block it. Thanks.

This is a SCAM-Goes to voice mail and asks you to leave your SSN. The social security admin will never ask you to leave your SSN on a voice mail. Letter looks very official, but it's not.
