This number is for a 3rd party towing service called Ajero. They're legit, just trying to do their job. My only complaint is that most of the time the person calling is the brightest, makes it frustrating to communicate
Automated message that my tow truck driver was on the way. Legit as I had called for roadside assistance about an hour earlier.Marking "Event Reminder" since it was describing an event that was to happen very soon lol
This number isn't specific to USAA, I had called Toyota service for a flat tire change and this is the number that called me back. It must be a call center for many roadside service companies.
Agero Service/Company that USAA auto insurance uses for towing / roadside service. Called to do follow-up and resolve a comment made about service dispatched. Very friendly and helpful.
