Yesterday I got a call from this number. Yes, it started with a ship horn. They wanted me to take a survey, so I did my best to muck it up by pressing random buttons. 'Press 1 for male 2 for female'. I pushed 3... It asked age I pressed 9 etc. etc. Clicking through the messages I got to the end of the message. Basically they didn't car about invalid entries. Then it said, "Press 1 to get you free cruise tickets" They immediately hung up. They are from Oregon.
