They calling regarding bladder surgery and I never did surgery in my life

Compensation from bladder surgery is what I was told. That is after he repeated himself about 8 times, very hard to understand.

I received two calls from them today. They did not leave any messages. The only reason I knew they called was because my cell phone recorded their number. So I called their number back and the woman who answered did not seem to understand what I was saying to her. I ask her how she got my cell number since it's suppose tobe unlisted with my carrier. She told me she was from som medical insurance compensation company. The last time I was to a doctor of any type was a year ago or so. Prior to that it was the day my son was born. I am usually pretty healthy. When I asked them to stop calling and to place my number on their do not call list the woman hung up on me. There needs to be clear written laws on this subject and prove should be on the burden of the state just like criminal laws are. If you are charged with a crime the burden of prof is on the state not the defendant.

A few times they called and said they were from a medical company. when I asked which medical company, they wouldn't name it. Now when I get a call from FL I don't answer. These people are harassing us and I don't know who would trust them. To the gal who said it was a violation of the hippa laws, bravo, she is right.

What happened to the rule about not calling cell phones? Or not calling before certain hours? I was awakened shortly after 6 AM, burning my limited minutes, by someone soliciting health insurance supplement policies. When I called the number, someone answered, "hello," rather than with the name of a business, so in all likelihood no legitimate business was involved.

They have called me 3 times in the last 45 mins and when I finally answered the guy had a very heavy accent and can hardly understand a word he was saying. He said he was calling about my medical compensations and when I said I didn't know what he was talking about and asked who He worked for he wouldn't answer me and kept talking. I asked him to stop calling and harassing me and he quickly said good bye and hung up. The first time I got a call the voicemail was from a lady and I didn't understand anything she had said but from the background noise it sounded like they were driving.

Don't count on it. I called and asked them to stop calling me everyday two times a day and the idiot constantly kept saying, "But ma'am, we can help you." Something is wrong with these people. SMH

These people have been calling me FOR MONTHS! The no call list means nothing for I have reported them TWICE!!! After they called my home on 9/11, when I was getting ready for work, I was so annoyed that I was interrupted by these @$$ holes that I decided to call back to see WTH they kept calling two times a day everyday for. This idiot answered and I said, "Yes, you all have been calling me all week, two times a day. What is it that you want." I figured if I told them I wasn't interested, they would stop calling. Then he started his pitch line about their services and I immediately interrupted him and said, "I'm not interested." Then he said, "But ma'am, we can help you." Then I had to go so I just screamed out, "F**K U!! and hung up. I guarantee they will continue to call. The national no call list is a joke. I'm gonna give it one more try and see if they can do something about it. Sense they occasionally answer their phones, the No Call list should be able to do something. SMH
