She sets up the appointment for him because he is so busy with a license in every state and works late and early morning. They actually called me at 2am after my nurse shift and showed me how health care works i used my won computer to see everything that was available and he put me in a very afffordable PPO plan. I am sure you probbaly started insulting him like i did to him at first and then he calmed me down and i am very glad i listened to him. He is one of the most caring agents i have worked with and now will be on his plan til im 65 and medicare comes in.
