The caller identified the company as "Diabetes Care Now" and tried to fast talk me into verifying information with him. I told him that before I did that I wanted to ask him a question, which was "How can I get you to stop calling me?" He told me that it was the first time he had ever called. I told him that maybe it was the first time HE had ever called, but someone from this company (Liberty Medical/Diabetes Care now from several different numbers) calls me at least once a month and I have asked every time to be removed from the calling list. I have my diabetes needs taken care of. Other times they have called, they have offered me a "free" glucose meter, which after verifying my information, it turns out that I am not really eligible for, but they have "other services" (not free, of course) to offer me. This looks a lot like bait and switch to me!

They call me 2-6 times a day! I'm always at work or something so I can't answer and they let voicemail pick up and then don't leave a message. You can block the number if they're calling your cell phone. Also, if you have a house phone I think you can have the phone company block it for you.

I, too, have no idea how she got my name, address, etc. I am diabetic, but I have filled out nothing for diabetic supplies. I have gone to a few diabetic sites, but I didn't fill out information on them. I have told these people not to call me, but I still get the calls. I have told them that I am on the no-call list, but as with Susan, the person wants to interrupt me to continue her written instructions. Get them confused and they have to start over again at the beginning. After I told her to take me off the list again, today, she kept talking, until I hung up on her; I don't like to be rude, but when treated rudely, what was my alternative

DON'T REPORT THEM TO THE BBB AS IT DOES NO GOOD. REPORT THEM TO THE FCC.JF THEY GET ENOUGH COMPLAINTS THEY WILL FINE THEM !!!!

This number keeps calling me. And I don't know who or why they keep calling. I want the caqlls to stop.

Have been receiving several calls from this number, usually they go to voicemail as I am working. I am home today and received the first call on my home number. When I said I was on the No Call list the girl said she did not understand what I was saying. Duh!I just laid down and one minute later I got a call from the same company on my CELL phone. Very few people have my cell number. I do not have a need for any medical devices and do not complete surveys. I explained to the girl that called my cell that you just called me and I am on the no call list. The women on the end at least acknowledged she understood what I said.We'll see if they call again.

Have had two calls from this number today, when I answer they hang up.
