called 4 days in a row, leaving a totally silent 38 second voicemail each time, which may indicate a glitch preventing an automated message from being left (some automated services wait till it hears a "hello" before being activated). i called the number and they are a billing company for medical services. I m guessing they are safe, it s just that in my case they probably have the wrong...
