if a person has bills to be paid, i'm sure they know your address and where to send the bill.. [***] these companies.. ya Know!
Requested info at Penn Foster then looked at my credit report and was rather surprised to find an 1100 bill. Penn Foster is not even a real school, So I definitely did not sign up. Anyway, I disputed it on my credit report and it got removed within a month. Dont fight with them, just dispute it. And they'll have to leave you alone.
Learn how to spell, foul ignorant fool. Witch is which. Only one example. Learn some manners. Since your "boss" is a collection agency, its not illegal to put his information on here. As long as he is a registered legal company, people can legally put his information anywhere while exchanging information. Dont be so ignorant and do your research before saying something is illegal! Sounds like your the idiot!
Well, you're not really qualified to speak on laws of any kind since you break them every day.
USCB recently contracted a collection firm in East India that calls debtors all over the United States and threatens to ARREST THEM. I got one a call from them just this morning from a man with a thick, East Indian accent, who said, "You will be arrested if you do not pay immediately. Call Attorney John Marsh of the John Hill Law Firm right now or we will come to your home and arrest you!" (Silly [***] -- I saved the recording and will use it to sue USCB.) Calls threatening arrest makes you FABULOUSLY LIABLE to me for $1,000 - per call. There is NO DOUBT that U.S. Career College and USCB Collectio Agency is involved in this federal violation because it's the ONLY debt I have -- so I know it's them. The call from "India" came from 714-509-5835 and they use multiple numbers just like that. Complaints against these "attorneys" are all over the internet. So guess what -- I'll be filing a small claims law suit against U.S. Career College and USCB for their "indirect" involvement in this call, thereby suddenly shaving my balance from $1,360 ... to $360. USCB -- you have got to be the biggest fools on the face of the earth. Didn't you realize that I can trace the calls from India straight back to you? All I have to do is ask them ... "How much do I owe?" They'll say, "You owe $1,360!" -- which matches U.S. Caree College down to the cent -- and then I GOT YA!
If you worked for a legitimate company you probably wouldn't be so rude to your "customers". Americans would never use all caps to address any client. Just sayin'. And don't call me again.
indian scam artist they pose as payday loan companies if you apply online. you get calls all day from difference companies of idian decent accents. Offering loans. you have to get a money pak from drug store witch is untraceable. you put money on it call them with numbers they tell you money will be in account in 15 minutes now they say u have to pay for taxes on the loan if you pay that now they say you have to pay 192 more dollars to upgrade your credit file lol really i am not doing that. If you go to money pak website it will ttell you of the scams of these Indian decendants they can not be traced back to them with money pak. the numbers probably not tracble too they probably have numbers that are an app. I have an investigation of these actors. cant wait till they try to get money out of my acct. this is how they will be caught unless they are calling from india. this is also possible good luck and just say no if you see an indian spit in there face and keep walking lol the look they give you (priceless)
Hey idiot. That's why I just received a Notice of Settlement to join in on collecting part of the almost 3 million dollars suit your company has to pay out for illegal robocalls. Filed as Jonsson vs. USCB. Anyone else who received a robo call or automated dialed unauthorized call on their cell phones can also file at www.DebtCollectionTCPASettlement.com. You must do so by April 11, 2015 to receive part of the settlement. Who's the idiot now [***]!
