I talked to her today, I offered less than asking price for 04 Volvo CX90 and she immediately took less, too easy. I know the rule, if it's too good to be true it usually is! There are ads posted in Craigslist Orlando from an andrea.evard31@comcast.netAdvice: if they instantly start giving you a sob story (even though you didn't ask for one) it's a scam.I asked her about the mileage and got this response: "Thanks for being interested in buying my CAR! It`s in perfect condition,no scratches,damages, never been implicated in any accidents, it has only 20,499 miles and the price is $3,600.It has a clear title, free of any liens or loans. Because of my divorce settlement,i own this CAR and as a woman without driver`s license i don`t need it so i`m trying to get rid of it as soon as possible (that`s why i`m selling it so cheap). We will use PayPal for our protection, i want only legit transactions. Let me know where are you located,maybe we can organize an inspection." <-- Good Grief!Be careful folks, don't ever wire your money... and Ebay doesn't have a protection program so that's a scam hint too!

If you have fallen victim to this scam please contact your local FBI office. We have an agent in Florida working this case and any information is helpful. They got us for $3700. They have a very organized criminal operation running and are all middle eastern down to the fake shipping and paypal accounts. This needs to be stopped.

I saw that ad too, when I responded to the ad the mercedez benz wasn't available anymore but her grandmother had a 2005 Nissan Altima for sale for $3700. I didn't fall for it though, I was leery and thank God I didn't go further with this.
