This company calls me daily telling me I can refinance my mortgage. I know that this is a scam because my late parents paid off any mortgage on this house in 1963. He then said he can stop the calls for 100K. Since they change their phone number daily it's hard to block these calls, especially when you are in touch with contractors who block their phone numbers for safety purposes, so it's hard to know if the call you are getting is a contractor or one of these sea phone call.s
