I've called and complained to my mobile carrier as well as the FCC dozens upon dozens of time and I'm still getting these calls for over 5 years now.No matter what I do they don't stop from threatening them to asking nicely, so now I screw with them as long as they keep me on the phone. I ask them what they're wearing and tell them they have a sexy voice that makes me want to touch myself all over, I give them fake numbers and waste their time, act like I'm senile and they're family so I talk to them like I'm so happy they're doing fine and ask about random people, etc.

I get calls from this number all the time and never get to speak to anyone to tell them to remove me from their list. They call about a credit card and lowering my debt but I have neither. The voice on the phone says her name is Rachel .
