I have received so many calls from this recording - all coming from different VOIP numbers. My number is a residence, but the recording is always "congratulations... your business has been selected..." It is almost daily, and many times, multiple times each day.
Called cell phone(it's on the DNC list). Gave name as Heather. Said my auto warranty was about to expire. It's been expired for seven years.

My calls were being forwarded to this number and I have no idea how it happened.
They hung up. In the last ten days I've had unauthorized credit card charges and an identity theft related to a Medicare fraud case. I suspect this is related.
