I get the same call, they said they were from "The Purple Heart", and they would be on my road collecting donations, wanted to know if I would be home. I tried to call this number back also and it wouldn't connect.Be cautious.....

These people called my phone and when I answered they said nothing...30 seconds later they knocked at my door. I didn't answer..they pounded on the door and then finally left. Left a card that says..Sorry, I missed you..Matt Estes and a phone number ....never heard of them and I wish they would just go away.

I have a feeling that this is a computer that fixes the time that you are home to receive a call. After you answer, the time is sold to anyone that needs a list for cold calls. Just a guess but it sounds about right.

I'm sick of them calling and not saying anything or leaving a message. Make them stop.

They call and hang up. No answer on redial. Why can't the phone company shut these idiots down?

They keep calling and nobody will say anything, they just hang up.

I received the same call today (6/10/11). I'm wondering if someone is just checking to see when someone would NOT be home. I tried calling the number back and got silence; no ringing even. Sounds like a scam of some sort.

they call everyday and never leave a message. You want something open your mouth or leave me alone.

I just received a call from 586-283-3000...same as above messages....8:45 in the morning'....I answered..could tell by sound no one there...hung up. Then looked up number to find all these messages. Thanks for letting me know I am not the only one.
