I received a call from the number but didn't answer, they didn't leave a message. When I call back, nothing happens.

No one speaks when you pick up. I believe whomever is trying, is doing so to see if a residence is occupied in order to break and enter and steal.

I just got a call from this number asking for my husband. A woman said the call was from some benefits place and said she'd call back, then very rudely hung up while I was still talking to her. I don't believe it's Purple Heart, they ALWAYS identify themselves and have never been rude or condescending.

Calls numerous times and will not leave message. The number is unpublished, no name no address. However, it does show it is near 11 mile rd. near Eastpoint!I am sure it is someone scamming!

Just got a call today from this number. The caller ID said Michigan Call. They asked for either myself or my Husband by name, and I told the lady that I was Mrs. (insert name) They wanted to know if I would be home tomorrow between 3 and 4 so that they could drop off a complimentary senior savings coupon package, and I tols them yes. They never verified my address, and I did not offer it to them. I Googled the telphone number and then read all the posts about this seemingly scam trying to find out if someone would be home at that certain time and then proceded to call the Warren Police Dept. They told me to just take the normal precautions and don't give out any information, but that these people probably didn't even have my address at all. That has me stumped. If they didn't have my address, why would they want to know if I'd be home or not, or WERE they fishing for my address. I will be careful and hope that other will be too. I am really not considered to be a senior yet, but my Husband certainly is.

I got a call from this number (1-586-283-3000) at 4:13 pm on 12/7/2012. No one spoke when I said hello. I waited 5 seconds then said goodbye. Someone then hung up the phone.

I received a call from this number and when I answsered a woman asked to speak to "Mr. and Mrs. [mispronoucing our last name]", so I knew it had to be someone who didn't know us, such as a solicitor. I said I thought she had wrong number, she apologized and hung up. Caller ID gave number and "Michigan Call".
