As someone that speaks SPanish I can tell you ti says "the cash register has opened and you have won. Stay on the line for further instructions on how to collect your prize". So I am pretty sure it is a scam I din't say on the line though to find out.

got a call from 601-716-8989 at 4:04 pm today and missed the call, no vm, no further attempts.
Got this call --I live in the Piedmont Triad area of North Carolina-and use AT and T--Verbiage was like that described from all of you.
I got a call at 12:31pm Eastern, missed call, no voicemail. Called it back at 7:15pm Eastern, message said it was not in service at this time, and may have changed area codes.

Saying postal redelivery unit when called. What?
I didn't accept the call and they did not leave any voice message
I answered this one out of curiosity as I usually don't answer calls from numbers I don't know. Another annoying robocall. This time claiming to be calling from Medicare.
Would give it zero stars if I could.
Because I didn't know who the caller was, I sent it to voicemail. The caller did not leave a message and hung up. I assumed it was another robo call and when I checked this site my assumption was confirmed.
