I keep getting robo- calls from "RACHEL AT ACCOUNT SERVICES". I pressed 1 and spoke to a person who said RACHEL transferred my call to him. LIE 1. Everybody knows RACHEL FROM ACCOUNT SERVICES is a SCAM!!!! 1st question I asked ( he kept asking for my personal info-- which I told him " not until I get your info.": name of company-- He said VISA MASTERCARD SERVICES.QUESTION #2: I asked for a call back #. He told me 1-800-VISA-911..THEN, I asked fo the physical address of company: He said: BEHIND YOUR HOUSE....WHAT?? I then questioned that and GUESS WHAT? He hung up. Just like any SCAMMER when you ask questions.I Called that #. Not sure if legit so I didn't give my info, just kept asking the. agent how to report the scam call. She asked for my name and told me that it would get reported. ??? SHE DIDNT ASK ME WHAT # THEY USED TO CALL ME OR WHAT ALL THEY SAID..???? Shouldn't she have? The # I got the call from is 603-249-8767- this # is out of service...???WHAT?DO NOT GET SCAMMED BY ..RACHEL IN ACCOUNT SERVICES... THEY HAVE NOTHING TO DO WITH VISA/MC OR ANYTHING LEGIT. AND THEY CHANGE THEIR "OUT OF SERVICE" # FREQUENTLY and sometimes RACHEL changes her name too. Beware!! Only YOU should deal with your credit card company..,YOU initiate the call..THEY WILL NEVER CALL YOU..THEY SEND LETTERS, AND THEY DONT OFFER TO LOWER YOUR RATES. NEVER GIVE ANYONE YOUR INFO UNLESS YOU CALL DIRECTLY TO A GOOD NUMBER- FROM YOUR CARD OR STATEMENT..NOT ANYWHERE ELSE.

It western days they would be carrying a gun and wearing a mask. If found they should be dropped feet first into a wood chipper. They call and call and call - This is Rachel with Credit Card services - the number is never the same and typically is a non-working number. I once said I can use your service but can't talk now and asked for a call back number. Click - fast hang up. My guess is they are not in North America.

I continuously receive calls from this # and others with the same credit card scam. They refuse to remove my # from their call list, one even told me she didn't have to. They call from various #s.

Lifealert Scam folks. Just keep reporting and blocking these people. Eventually they will be caught.

Recorded message saying it was for Life Alert. Reported them to the Do Not Call web site.Calling the number back from office line results in fast busy, "All circuits are busy now , please try your call later - message 027p", and "The number you have dialed, 249-8767 in area code 603, is not in service". Kept trying and actually got it to ring, then fast busy.

This folks KEEP CALLING AND CALLING AND CALLING no matter how many times that I "press 2 to remove my number from their list" OR actually press #1 and speak to a human being and ask to be removed.

So how has the DNC Registry been working for you?

I have had several calls from this number. I don't answer calls if I don't recognize the number. They never leave a message.

The Do not Call list is a joke. Spammers don't subscribe. Keep them on the phone as long as you can and give them fake numbers. Then block the call

Hang-op call from these clowns. Tried to reach the company supplying their service (FairPoint Communications). No phone number for them. Tried to go through their tech support line, and was put on interminable hold. Who knows? They may be in cahoots with the scamers.
