Will not identify themselves. Very rude, and I think they are breaking federal laws by not identifying themselves. I wonder why the govt. doesn't stop this kind of harassment.

These people have several different phone numbers that they call my home from. They call my home 4 to 5 times a day. I do not answer any of these phone calls and they never leave any messages. They are harrassing us constantly!!! We are senior citizens who have had this same phone number for 45 or more years. Only for the past month have these people been harrassing us daily including Saturday and Sunday. I have called the "Do Not Call List", but so far the harrassing phone calls keep coming to my home. If this is a debt collector, I have news for them. WE DO NOT HAVE ANY DEBTS AT ALL!, so why are they harrassing my husband and I four-five times a day including week-ends? I want them to quit calling my home now!!!!!

I have been receiving calls from this number (603-589-7206) to my cell phone for 3 days. I called the number back from my land line to ask them why they were calling. A woman asked for the number that I was receiving the calls on. When I told her, she asked if my name was Elaine ??????something. I said no and that I did not know this person. I told them they were calling my cell phone and I did not have unlimited usage and asked them to stop. She said she would take my number off her list. We will see! I have no idea who these people are. I am not in arrears on any of my accounts, so if it is a collection agency, they would have no reason to call me. I have had the same phone number for several years.

Got a call from this number - sent them to voicemail 2 times. they don't leave a message. I used Google Voice to Block them.

I get calls from this number as well. I no long answer my phone unless I know the caller. Being a debt collector has to be a difficult job but it is a job none the less and having a job these is a good thing. Receiving these calls is nobody's fault but our own. If we lived within our means and saved for the rainy days, we wouldn't be in this predicament!

They keep calling me at 9:00-10:15AMEveryday. We asked them to stop calling but they never did.

I have been receiving these calls for weeks now, and they identify themselves as IC Systems. They then ask me to "hold for an important message". I have done so several times for a few minutes, only for the line to go dead in the process, or to wait for someone who never appears. In fact, there has never once been another caller on the line. One time I asked them who they are, and they said they represent another interest. I asked who, and they said they could not give that information out. I then told them I had waited several times, and no one is ever there, so I hang up. I now tell them daily to tell whoever they are working for that they better call me directly if they want to talk to me, because I refuse to wait on hold for an unknown caller. I suspect it is Chase. I am in the process of a trial loan modification, but I have a local rep handling it. This is just another way to harrass their customers. Try googling Chase Loan mod problems if you want to see what a nightmare THAT is! Helping homeowners, indeed! Another fantastic site reporting on them is www.propublica.org. They do a lot of investigative journalism, so click on Loan Modifications to read all the exposes and personal experiences of Chase (as well as other banks) customers.I am also on a DO NOT CALL list but it doesn't seem to matter to these people. And you are all right about how RUDE they are!

I cam getting calls from this number too. They never say anything when I answer, but they call 4 times a day, sometimes more. I've gotten calls from them as early as 8 a.m. on Sundays, and as a late as 10 p.m. on Fridays.ANNOYING!!!!

I get calls from this number every week day. I don't pick up, and a robobimbo identifies the source as IC Systems, a debt collection agency, and leaves an 888 number to call back. Since I don't own anyboby in the world as much as a penny, I ignore these calls. Finally, I got sick of them and picked up the phone when the calll came in, and there was complete silence. I really am sick of this.
