call telus operator....they will put you to telus privacy act, tell them and they will take care of it. She said it will stop all calls from telus for 3 years. or can do it online.....telus privacy act.com Hope it works, she said leave it to me, it will stop.

yes...I just called...it is telus..what a pain!!

finally did get through to Telus and left a message to remove my number....also sent email to privacy@telus.com and asked to remove all 4 of our phone numbers and was successful. Received a phone call of apology and email confirming it is being done...left a contact number to reach them in the future....toll free 310-1000....option 1....hope this helps..

I work shifts and am sleeping when most of theses calls come.Stop calling PERIOD or i will be forced to report you. Im never useing TELUS services in the future because of this, i know what the introductory servies are.DONT WANT IT

I get calls on an almost daily basis from this number. who or what is it and how do I stop it?

AT 8:30 this evening I received a call fro 604-310-2255 and I tracked the number to Telus. Almost on a daily basis I feel harrassed by this number. I've even had a loud noise placed on my answering machine. Tomorrow I plan to call a government agency to report these harrassing calls.

Getting these calls morning, noon and night has helped me decide to switch my phone and Internet to another provider. Its too bad TELUS thinks this is a legitimate way to do business. I don’t know if I’ll get better service or not, but I need to take a stand and money seems to be all that TELUS is interested in.BTW - it is co-incidence that I also regularly get fraudulent calls from people claiming to be part of Microsoft, also coming from India? You have to wonder how good TELUS’s security is at ots overseas centres. It’s pretty easy for someone with access to carry info out the door of one call centre and walk down the street to a boiler room.

this is telus telemarketing call center. Simply press "9" after you answer - this will end the call with the representative and automatically add you to the "Do Not Call" list.
